Nice clean hotel. View on the rooftop is amazing, you can never get enough of it 😍. Only thing is that the WiFi is not working properly in the room and you need to carry a universal adopter for your chargers as they have European two pin socket.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Even despite the low price, it is absolutely not worth it.
I could go on for a very long time about all the negative experiences we had during our stay; here are just a few highlights:
– At 9:30 p.m. they were drilling, sawing, and hammering into the walls. When we complained, they said it would stop in 10 minutes. That response alone is unacceptable in a hotel, in my opinion, but we agreed. They didn’t stop after 10 minutes— they continued even after 10 p.m. There was no staff available, and they only replied the next morning on WhatsApp with a simple “sorry.”
– The shower did not always have hot water, and it wasn’t clean.
– When we arrived, the bed linen looked like it hadn’t been changed and was dirty. The only positive thing is that they replaced it after we complained.
– On the day of departure, we asked in advance for an earlier breakfast because we needed to catch our flight. It was delivered 10 minutes late and was extremely poor.
– No transfer showed up for our departure, so we had to arrange it ourselves.
– They say breakfast starts at 8:00, so we planned our day accordingly. In reality, it was closer to 8:30, which is inconvenient if you have a pre-arranged meeting time with a guide.
– We saw rats on the wall of the neighboring building, so it’s very possible that this place had them too.
– When arriving they gave us some mango juice as a welcome drink. During checking out they charged us that.
And I could go on.
Only positive thing is the view to the pyramids from the rooftop

Beware – possible scam.
Do not trust the positive reviews.
We were encouraged to leave a review before we even checked out, which now makes many of the positive reviews feel very misleading.
The hotel is in a very poor condition and clearly falling apart. The bathroom was disgusting and flooded every time it was used. The mattress was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor.
On top of this, the Wi-Fi did not work at all, and the TV in my parents’ room was also broken. Because of all these issues, we were ultimately forced to leave and move to another hotel.
This stay was extremely uncomfortable and nothing like what was advertised. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

Horrible is least to say – they left us with no room at 3 AM!!
We booked from the 1st to the 5th of January. Upon arrival, they told us that they don’t have any rooms available – why do you open your availability to book if you don’t have rooms!
They offered to show us another room at another hotel. I have walked with the guy to the other hotel, once arrived it was under construction, and when they checked the room they said it’s not ready. And they didn’t offer any other alternatives or any help. Very rude staff. They left us with no options at 3 am in the morning, after 5 hours flight!

I recently stayed at this place and was thrilled with my experience. Despite making a last-minute reservation, they ensured my stay was both enjoyable and wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. A special highlight was the delicious guava juice they served, which added a delightful touch to my stay. Highly recommend!
