We booked a room facing the city, but a huge wall was the “view,” and we didn’t get the balcony either.

Dit hotel verdient wat mij betreft nog geen enkele ster. Ik vind het bovendien erg misleidend dat het hotel AI-gegenereerde foto’s gebruikt om klanten aan te trekken, terwijl de werkelijkheid totaal niet overeenkomt met wat je op de foto’s ziet.

De kamer was vies en het was duidelijk te zien dat er niet goed was schoongemaakt. Ook de badkamer was erg smerig, met allerlei vieze vlekken en resten. Als klap op de vuurpijl zaten er in onze kamer ook allerlei kleine vliegjes die voortdurend rondvlogen. Hierdoor konden we nauwelijks slapen.

Ik vind het dan ook onbegrijpelijk dat dit hotel op Booking.com wordt aangeboden. De foto’s geven naar mijn mening een totaal verkeerd beeld van de werkelijkheid en voelen daardoor erg misleidend voor gasten die hier een verblijf boeken.

Ik zou dit hotel absoluut aan niemand aanraden. Ik heb tijdens mijn hele verblijf alleen maar afgeteld totdat ik eindelijk weer naar huis kon. Wat een verschrikkelijke ervaring.

This property is advertised as a 4-star accommodation on Booking, but our experience was nowhere near that standard.

The room was dirty when we arrived. There was even hair on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. When we asked for fresh sheets, the staff seemed annoyed by the request rather than apologetic. We also asked housekeeping to vacuum the carpet, only to be told that the vacuum cleaner was broken and being repaired. Since the room was fully carpeted, it could not be properly cleaned.

The room itself was run-down and looked nothing like the photos online, which appeared heavily edited and misleading. The air conditioning did not work, the TV did not work, and the internet connection was extremely poor.

The bed was very uncomfortable and left me with back pain throughout our stay. Even the bedding seemed poorly maintained. The pillowcases were too small for the pillows, leaving a large portion of the pillows exposed and hanging out.

Getting a good night’s sleep was impossible. The room was extremely noisy, and we could hear traffic and cars throughout the night.

The food was another major disappointment. Both my husband and I suffered stomach problems after eating there.

To make matters worse, we were charged an additional 3% for paying by card, and one morning there was no running water.

Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. Dirty rooms, poor maintenance, uncomfortable beds, misleading photos, extra charges, and basic services failing during our stay. We definitely would not recommend staying here and would advise future guests not to rely solely on the Booking reviews when making their decision.
