‏Unfortunately, my experience with the company was not good. One of my main goals for traveling with an Umrah company was to have religious guidance, especially since this was my first Umrah, but sadly, that did not happen.
‏If this is your first time and you want guidance, I recommend looking for other options

‏The first Umrah is a very important and moving experience, so it is essential to explain the rituals well and clarify their meanings. It shouldn’t just be a checklist to follow without any spirituality, leaving you unsure if you are performing the rituals correctly and feeling guilty about it. It’s important to have someone to guide you to ensure you do everything right.

‏Regarding the organization during arrival and departure, it was exhausting for the elderly people with us, as they had difficulty keeping up. So, if you are traveling with elderly companions, it’s important for them to have a helper. It’s also essential to have enough supervisors to support the group since relying on one supervisor for more than 45 pilgrims, half of whom are over 60, is unfair.

‏I hope companies take these comments into account to improve their services in the
future.

‏For me, I began to feel the spirit of Umrah when I decided to rely on myself instead of the company for performing the rituals and asking the Imams in the Haram about every detail. You will find someone to guide you, so if you can book on your own, I recommend doing that; it’s better for you.
