The rooms are pretty basic, and the TV didn’t work.
The reception staff are very friendly and try their best to help.
It’s located a couple of blocks from the entrance to the Pyramids, near Pizza Hut, small shops, and Drinkies (for buying beer). The area is very safe. The terrace is a 10/10.

My name is Alberto Portanova, and the first hotel I stayed at upon arriving in Egypt was the Marvel Stone Hotel. The staff was friendly throughout my stay and helped me find a guide for the various tourist sites. The facilities are well-suited to the area—though, as is the case across Giza, one does notice horses, camels, and their characteristic smells. The hotel offers an incredible view, and the staff is efficient; when I needed to change rooms, they handled it in under 20 minutes without any issues or extra cost. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and souvenir shops. I had a minor issue with breakfast, but they quickly adjusted it to my personal taste. There were times I needed to go out at night, and a staff member was always available to accompany me. I also have a fond memory from the World Cup: the staff invited us to watch the matches in the lobby like old friends, and I was impressed by their hospitality. They also arranged a sightseeing trip to Luxor for me. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping was readily available whenever I needed the room cleaned.

I wonder how it can be a 3-star hotel. Maybe a 1-star hotel.
The entrance is horrible, and rightly so, they don’t show it in the photos because there’s a camel stable there, and you have to walk through their excrement to get to the road and exit.
Forget about breakfast; they bring 5 packaged snacks.
There’s nothing around, and their terrace is awful. Two dirty chairs.
It’s fine for one night because if you want to visit the museum, pyramids, and Sphinx, it’s just a stone’s throw away.
Luckily, I only spent one night there.
Anyway, the view of the pyramids and Sphinx is breathtaking, but they’re not lit up every night.
