The reason I gave it 3 stars is because Google Maps said the electronics service center was open today, so I traveled all the way from Cairo to get my laptop fixed. When I arrived, it was closed because it was their day off. If today is a regular day off, please update your business hours on Google Maps so customers know before making the trip. It wastes people’s time, money, and effort, especially for customers traveling from far away. I’m sure your service is good, but keeping your business hours accurate is just as important.

1. Too expensive for almost no service
2. Took device for over two months and were not able to repair it
3. Do not answer phone calls
4. Incorrect map location
5. MY device was used by the technician for THEIR personal use during the repair. Lack of professionalism. THERE WERE GAMES AND OTHER LEISURE APPS DOWNLOADED.

Received my laptop in time .. everything was working perfectly
