Thank you to the reception staff; they were very respectful.
However, unfortunately, I can’t give them more than one star.
They handled the device unprofessionally, and as far as I know, they’re supposed to be professionals.
This is how they opened the device, as shown in the picture.
The problem is that these defects only appear when you look for them or discover them later by chance, which is what happened to me.
And I’m sure if you go back, they’ll tell you that you signed a contract stating the device was fine.
A bad experience, unfortunately.
