The staff was really friendly! But other from that the hotel is such a scam. Everything is old and dirty. I was happy when we could left. It‘s way too expensive for what you get.
The hotel is lovely but the staff and service raise the experience. I have to mention Abdul Rahman, Eyad and our tour guide Asma who were all amazing. Happy to help with anything and so polite and accommodating. They took care of us like we were friends for years. I would happily stay with them again.
Friendly staff and great breakfast. The rooms are comfortable enough but could do with a refresh. The location is right in Giza with good access to the pyramids and Cairo. If you are looking for a budget friendly option, this is a good option.
The breakfast each morning is fabulous, pita bread with eggplant/potato dish, beans, omelette, good Egyptian coffee, all on a rooftop with a view of the pyramids- spectacular! The staff are all so lovely and kind. On our first night they realised it was my husband’s birthday so they went and bought a cake and candles for his age for him, this was not asked for and no payment sought etc, just such a lovely welcome. There are good restaurants around. Felt very safe there. They help with luggage etc. they can organise tours for you and transport. Having them arrange the transport to and from the airport just made life so much easier. I would absolutely recommend. Thankyou to everyone there – we had a lovely time in Giza. The staff all just want you to have the best time possible. And in response to the previous comment – all Egyptian hotels expect you to be married, you should know this when you come to Egypt, not the hotel’s fault you didn’t do your homework about Egypt!
