I liaised with Mohamed to plan everything in advance by whatsapp. I was met with a golf cart at the plane and escorted through airport. Visa was all done in advance and included in price. Fast track, assistance with bags and customs was all well executed. I also booked a car to the hotel through Mohamed, which was there ready and waiting. Totally seamless service and would highly recommend for those who wish to save time or hassle of having to do anything upon arrival! I paid for the service in cash, in Cairo, after arrival and receipt of service.
