An exceptional experience from start to finish.
From the very first booking communication, confirmation messages, and follow-up, I felt a high level of professionalism and care. Every step was organized, clear, and reassuring, which immediately gave me confidence before even visiting the clinic.
When I arrived, I was impressed by the excellent hygiene standards and the attention to detail.
The entire team was welcoming, kind, and professional, to the beautiful lady who applied the topical anesthetic did so with a warm smile and reassuring words, making me feel completely comfortable and relaxed.
Dr. Haggar is truly exceptional. From my first consultation, she gained my complete trust through her professionalism, knowledge, and honest approach. She took the time to carefully assess my skin, understand my concerns, and explain every step of the treatment clearly.
What I appreciated most was her detailed treatment plan and the way she explained exactly what we were going to do, why we were doing it, and what results to expect. Her approach is very realistic and focused on achieving healthy, hydrated, and naturally good skin. I felt fully informed, reassured, and confident throughout the process.
Finding a doctor you can genuinely trust is not easy, and I am truly happy to have known Dr. Haggar and mirror clinic. I feel completely confident continuing my skincare journey with her and look forward to future treatments.

I loved that dr hager takes time to actually listen and understand your concerns before recommending anything. I did wait for more than an hour and felt a bit nervous before seeing the doctor, but after the consultation I completely understood why, as she gives every patient enough time and attention. My only concern would be providing patients with a more accurate waiting time estimate

Horrible and very disappointing experience at Mirror Clinics. I waited for almost 3 hours just to see the doctor, with no proper communication or consideration for patients’ time. On top of that, the local anesthesia was left on my face for around an hour, even though I was told it normally should only stay for about 20 minutes. The whole experience felt extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Definitely not the level of care or service I expected.

Worst experience ever , the appointments were not on time. I was with a doctor named Maryam , her attitude was terrible with the assistants , she was intrusive, asked too many questions, and kept leaving me to answer her phone. She didn’t treat all the areas and used the laser at a very high intensity that I couldn’t tolerate , and when I told her, she ignored me.

Dr. Mariam was so nice and friendly! She can speak English really well, so I didn’t have a problem communicating with her. The clinic was clean and the interior was pretty, the receptionista was nice and they try their best to speak English and accommodate my inquiry
