Each time I go to the clinic I leave so happy and satisfied also I would love to thank dr Mai sooooooo sooooooo soooo much she is amazing and really gifted …I really recommend the clinic tho iam very hard to be stratified and very picky but really they deserve their work are so good and clean .

This clinic is the most unprofessional clinic I’ve been to. In the year and a half that I’ve been going, I have only been checked in on time 3 times. All the other times, I would wait a minimum of an hour, sometimes an hour and a half, just to start the service. There call center has multiple phone numbers that call you randomly, not to mention the fact that for a week now I have been calling and no one is picking up on any of their phone numbers. I texted them on Whatsapp and haven’t gotten a reply back. Additionally, I went in with a new problem that occurred to my face, they gave me the correct diagnosis but the wrong treatment plan and my acne worsened aggressively, making switch to other clinics. Dr. Mariam (who happens to be the owner) was my main doctor and would see me knowing she has an appointment with me and would go outside and talk to other people or answer her phone, making me wait a much longer time and would rush the service. When I complained to her and told her what is the point of an appointment if you’re going to make me wait an hour, she told the receptionists that if I were to call I should get booked early so that I don’t have to wait. They fulfilled that promise the first time I went after I complained and on the second time it went right back to normal.Please save your money and time and go to other clinics.

Fantastic experience, the staff and doctor are highly qualified and the clinic is new and clean. I just used sonic shaper and had evident results after two months.
