I had a dreadful experience with this company. The sales team presented me with a unit and I agreed to it within 4 hours. However, the very next day, when it was time to complete the reservation form and pay the down payment, the sales team suddenly raised the price of the unit and presented me with a much higher figure. Their unprofessional behavior was utterly shocking and it was clear that they were engaging in manipulative games.
To make matters worse, the sales team had been aggressively pushing for me to transfer the money before completing the reservation. Fortunately, I didn’t fall for this tactic.
It’s clear the company is playing a game – lure customers in with a lower price, and then raise it once they’ve committed. And when you try to speak to a manager about this unscrupulous behavior, you’re met with a sales manager who is completely untrained and acts more like a bodyguard. They’ll try to justify the company’s actions as their “rights” in this economy.
Real estate companies refer to this company , simply because they pay them a range of 4% commission to partner with this scam
If a company changes its promises during the sales process, it’s highly likely that it will continue to change them throughout the project development and delivery stages. If you fall for their trap, then you’re in for a wild ride.
I would strongly advise against dealing with this company and caution others to be extremely careful if they choose to do so. The bad faith demonstrated by this company is a clear sign that they are not to be trusted.
