Beware of Misr Italia Real Estate Deception!
You’ll lose your investment with them because they’re incompetent developers.
I’m an owner in the Bosco Compound in the New Administrative Capital. The dream has turned into a nightmare, an insult and a blight on the beauty of the new capital. All the promises have changed; the buildings are in disrepair, there are no facilities, no services, and no officials even respond to you. Your investment and your dream will be lost with incompetent developers like Misr Italia.
