The worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had.
I tried two services at this salon, and while the staff were polite and the technician was kind, the overall cleanliness and hygiene were extremely disappointing.
The tools were not sterilized in an autoclave — just soaked in Betadine — and the “new” foot scrubber was clearly reused. The trolley carrying the manicure tools had hair stuck to its wheels, and the pedicure basins were rusty with no hot water. The technician even had to use boiling water from a kettle, which made me really uncomfortable.
After exfoliating, no proper scrub or moisturizing wrap was done, and unfortunately, I even got a small cut from the tools. The towels looked dirty and stained, which was unacceptable for a salon charging premium prices.
I do pedicures regularly, both in different salons and abroad, and this was by far the worst experience. I left feeling upset, and I even stopped my sister from doing hers.
If the owner truly reads these reviews, I hope she focuses on improving cleanliness and hygiene standards instead of just holding staff accountable
