I genuinely love coming here and have zero complaints when it comes to my hair—the staff are talented and consistently do an amazing job. It’s supposed to be a high-standard salon, which makes the way it’s managed even more disappointing.

In just the past month, I’ve witnessed two serious fights break out inside the salon. This should be a place where people come to relax, and instead it feels chaotic and stressful. When I tried to raise this concern, the manager didn’t address me directly and instead repeatedly sent employees to apologize on his behalf.

What’s even more frustrating is that multiple employees called and told him I wanted to speak with him, and he was fully aware that I had to leave for an appointment at a certain time and the only reason I even came down was to speak to him. Despite that, he still chose to show up late and only arrived after I had already left, completely avoiding the conversation. This didn’t feel accidental—it felt intentional and dismissive.

I’ve asked several times to speak with him, but he continues to avoid any direct communication or accountability. It feels disrespectful, especially when his employees are left to handle situations that clearly fall under his responsibility.

It’s frustrating because this salon has great potential and truly skilled employees, but the lack of proper management makes it impossible to fully enjoy the experience. Right now, it just doesn’t feel like a relaxing or well-run environment.

The supervisor of this salon is irrespectful to the customers and a big liar and he think he can get away with such behavior … Unfortunately , this is the way they manage the place same as the previous supervisor was behaving . They should change their way of better close the place .Here is my story :
I recently went to take an appointment for my hair coloring to be done by Heba for the following day , the supervisor was there and all was confirmed , when I went next day as scheduled, he told me that Heba called as she will be a absent for the day and she will be there the following day, and the excuse was he didn’t take my phone number to call me !!!??? …. I asked to make another appointment as he suggested …. on my appointment day, half an hour before the time the salon called saying that Heba will be absent today again !!!???
How I came to know Heba? Before her Nariman did my hair , I asked about her in an another day of service I was told she was off , so I was introduced Heba . Another day I asked about Nariman again the same version of story was told??!!
Briefly , I don’t understand why they just can’t say that the person is no longer working with us and stop their lies ??!!! Definitely , I’m no longer their customer
