Hôtel normal, rooftop, bien, mais sans plus, attention l’hôtel essaye d’arnaquer et/ou facturer du surplus, mettre les choses au clair avant votre arriver avec les tarifs écrit par whattsap avec le propriétaire de l’hôtel, car les employer sur place vous demande beaucoup +, idem pour les activités si vous passer par l’hôtel.
Attention il n’as pas le même nom que sur Booking
Ils forcent pour mettre un avis positif
Le wifi ne marchait pas j’ai du insister pour qu’il le remette en route
Par contre merci énormément à notre driver Wael qui as vraiment été génial et qui nous as bien aider.

First, we get there and its called the pyramid hill or montu hotel but on Booking.com its called Sun hotel. Its already starting really bad.
Then, the welcome we get is very cold and awkward.
Then we get a room that is absolutely not like the one i booked or any photos on their ad. Its literally a rat hole. Everything is very old and seems dirty. They dont even have the decency to straighten the mini fridge, its in the way of getting to the bed and the curtains are installed crooked as well, the matress is awful, it had a shape in the middle.
I show them the pictures and tell them that there is no room that looks likes this one on the photos we saw.
They say i am getting what i paid for. I insist and show them photos and they end up showing me another room, it looks a little bit like some of the photos but still not the same, it looks embellished by AI. They say I can get the “nicer” room if I take an excursion with them.
At this point I am on 7 hours of jet lag and exhausted so I agree.
The rooms have no safe like advertised, the wifi is horrible, the mini fridge makes an aweful noise, the drapes are not the right one for the bed so they always come off, its disgusting and they have wholes in them and are piling because they are old so they are not confortable to be on. There is no “do not disturb” sign or “clean my room” sign, this was a horrible experience and I had to pay “extra” for a room I already paid for.
The breakfast is nothing like the photos, neither are the terasse chairs. Again, its embellished by AI. People dont know how to smile, everything is creepy here. Truly shocked, disappointed, disgusted.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, theres better options around I promise.
Heavy heavy use of AI on their photos!! Multiple guests we spoke to during our stay have had the same issues.
Also while we were leaving, one of the men was extremely pushy on assisting me while I leave a review. I kindly refused.
Its close to the pyramids so thats a plus.
I also have to give a mention to Roma and Oumahmad who are very nice ladies. Besides those 2, everyone and everything else was bad.
