I had a very good experience at Mövenpick. The hotel is large and has plenty of facilities and activities to enjoy.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is decent with a reasonable variety of options. There is more than one pool, along with an aqua park and a kids’ play area, which makes it a great choice for families with children.
The main thing that could be improved is the pool temperature during winter. The pools would be much more enjoyable if they were properly heated during the colder months.
Overall, it’s a large, family-friendly hotel with spacious rooms and lots of facilities, making it a good option for a relaxing stay, especially with kids.

I’m currently staying at Mövenpick Hotel Cairo Media City and overall I’ve had a very pleasant experience.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always polite. The hotel is beautiful, and the pools are spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing.
The only downside has been the pool service over the last two days. It takes a very long time for someone to come and take our order, even after asking more than once. This is something that could definitely be improved.
On the other hand, the shisha service on the opposite side has been excellent—fast, attentive, and very professional.
Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Improving the pool service would make the experience even better.

I was there on 02/07/2026 for 2 nights. Really a magnificent hotel with everything up to standards and even extra touches for the guests without even asking. From the reception team, Ms. Reem, Reservation team Mr. Mohamed Fawzi and certainly the great Mr. Mohamed Fahmi the Front Office Manager with his warm hospitality and flexibility. Also, the housekeeping team of room 16201 and their floor housekeeping supervisor with the always care and friendly attitude. Hotel is really kids friendly with nice slides on the pool for kids. Many other pools for relaxing away from slides also so many options for all. Finally, a big thanks to all the team for hard work and for making our vacation a special memory for me and my family.
