I went to this clinic for men’s laser hair removal, and I have to say the overall experience was below zero.

The clinic collected my payment before the session even began. Before the treatment, I had a detailed discussion with Dr. Zain about exactly which areas I wanted treated, and he confirmed what would be done. However, during the session, Dr. Zain simply skipped several of those areas without any explanation.

What made the experience even more concerning was what I observed during the procedure. Dr. Zain remained in his regular prescription glasses throughout the entire session and never appeared to switch to dedicated laser safety eyewear. As a patient, this immediately made me question whether proper laser safety protocols were being followed. I simply cannot understand how a laser procedure can be performed without what I believed should be appropriate protective eyewear. Unless no laser was being used at all

By the end of the session, I honestly was not convinced that Dr. Zain had actually performed the treatment on the areas he claimed to have treated. I felt no laser pulses, no heat, no discomfort, and none of the sensations I have experienced during previous laser hair removal treatments. There was also no redness or any visible indication that those areas had been treated.

The combination of skipped treatment areas, the apparent absence of laser safety eyewear, the complete lack of any laser sensation, and the absence of any visible signs afterward left me seriously questioning whether the treatment was performed at all.

I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and believing that I had paid for a service I may not have received. Based on my experience with Dr. Zain and this clinic, I cannot recommend either.

The staff is amazing! The clinic is clean will definitely come again
