I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. My flight arrived very early in the morning, and the team was incredibly accommodating by allowing me to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long journey. They also helped with all of my luggage and made me feel welcomed right away.
The room with the pyramid view was absolutely 10/10 — waking up to that view was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of my trip. The staff continued to go above and beyond by storing my bags the following day while I was out on a pyramid tour, making everything seamless and stress-free.
The combination of outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and an incredible location made this a fantastic stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. Since this was our third visit to Egypt, we were looking for a more tailored experience rather than the usual tourist recommendations, and Rasha was I ncredibly helpful in that regard.
She kindly shared useful information about Egypt, listened carefully to what we had already seen before, and helped us plan our stay accordingly.
We would especially like to thank Rasha for her kindness and assistance. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop view of the pyramids, a pleasant atmosphere, and very good food. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are nice for the price and the location is also very good depending on your wishes. There is an insane view to the pyramids, but it is a bit outside the center of Cairo.
The service was very good, especially at the rooftop restaurant. On the first night we mentioned that we were from Denmark and 2 nights later they played a couple Danish songs without us having said anything.
There was especially one waiter, I think his name was Adam, who was extremely friendly and even thought me a bit of Arabic.
Overall a good stay that I can recommend.

My stay at the Neom Pyramids Valley Boutique hotel was excellent. The staff were very attentive and kind. I’m a solo female traveler and felt very safe and cared for here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but I still slept well once the noise from the road died down after midnight. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight! The views is amazing and I had great food and wine while enjoying the view. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Egypt. 🫶

I’m honestly speechless… my stay at Neon Valley Boutique Hotel was perfect – no, beyond perfect. 100/10!
For only $230 for 4 nights, I got an experience that felt like a high-end luxury hotel. The value for money is not just good – it’s absolutely insane.
The rooms are HUGE, spotless, beautifully designed, and the bed is so big and comfortable you’ll never want to leave. Everything feels premium and thoughtfully done.
But what truly makes this place unforgettable is the staff. I have NEVER experienced service like this before.
They are not just friendly – they are incredibly warm, caring, and attentive.
They help you with everything: in your room, with organizing things, answering questions… they even help you cross the street because of the crazy traffic.
It genuinely feels like they anticipate your needs before you even say a word. You’re treated like a VIP – honestly, more like family.
For this price, this level of service feels almost unreal. I would have expected to pay three or four times more.
Just WOW. I would come back anytime. Highly, highly recommended!
