Honestly, it’s a very respectable hotel.

One of the worest experience I had in my whole live
They will text you giving different location, take picture of your booking.com reservation from your mobile with your booking pin number, then they will cancel your booking reservation to avoid paying booking.com fees
They are escam expert
I called the police and recieved a full refund
Avoid going to them and be careful about your details

I got an airport transfer from these guys. The driver happily waited around an hour while I got my visa sorted and got past security and still greeted me with a smile. Once I arrived at the hotel the workers were all very kind and made sure I felt as much at home as I could in a different country. The rooftop view is exceptional and the breakfast they served was very nice Egyptian food. Overall an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Thankyou 👍
