Passive + aggressive begging for tips as soon as our feet touched the ground, all day, every day (it’s our culture / we don’t earn much / if you’re happy give us money / our government blah blah blah). One guy in particular was extremely rude – pay now I don’t know you have to talk to my boss but you PAY ME NOW – no help at all just came to our car and demanded money in full without receipt or proper explanation as to why it was collected that day instead of last day of the tour as we were made to believe before arriving. Kept making extra stops to shops. So many tricks to just make money and no service.
Not a good time for us. Not worth the money. Basically just made us feel extremely anxious, uncomfortable, uneasy the entire trip.
Pretty much ripped us off.
Next time we’ll book (tours, sightseeing
etc) direct with the hotels. We plan to go back to Egypt but will never us their service again.

Very efficient organisation. They picked us up from the airport and helped us with everything. We then had a return transfer to Ain Sokhna and our driver, Mario was very punctual, good and efficient. The visit to the pyramids and the Egyptian museum with our guide Rania was very interesting and suited our needs as well as the Nile cruise with Abd Allah. Communication via whatsapp was always very direct and fast. I will definitely recommend this agency to my friends who will travel to Egypt.
