I felt truly comfortable and valued during my stay here. I was very pleased with the hotel’s location, cleanliness, and especially the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I would like to thank the entire team, especially Abdulrahman and Doaa, for their sincere and heartfelt attention. I felt like I was in my own home, not just a guest. If I come back to Cairo, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you so much for everything. ❤️

The staff were 10/10. The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is excellent with views of the pyramids. Again, I want to highlight the staff because they treated us incredibly well.

Beautiful structure with special staff, especially Rasha and Aya, very kind and available to organize the best holiday for us, offering us various discounts and tours in the city ☺️.

From picking me up from the airport up to my arrival it was exceptional. Zain (hotel manager) asked my picture and details and provided driver information as well. The attention to detail and personalizing my trip with the right tours was a plus. He made it possible to make the Luxor trip and was communicating with me all the time. To make sure everything was fine. The hotel was amazing, and the view breathtaking, and staff exceptional This is what i call going above and beyond .
