Not the best welcome and service. There was noone to assist with our bags into the hotel. Reception was a bit slow to greet us. We were given a room upgrade which had a kitchen. There was no hand towel in the bathroom. The was no curtain in the kitchen so anyone can look through. Our room was on level 2 but reception wrote 1 which was confusing. Our room was facing the street and was noisy. There is no in house transport services you need to arrange your own transportation or reception can order an uber. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Hotel location was good and close to the airport which was the only reason we booked this hotel. We didnt wonder off around the street but when we drove past there was alot of food markets.
The place is very beautiful, but you should be very careful with every single detail. They tell you the pool that you see in front of your apartment is not included unless you pay an extra charge, but when you go to the management to pay for the pool facility you find out that the pool that you can use is in a different building across the street, which is very inconvenient and disappointing. This thing is ruining my vacation.
The property offers a luxurious and highly secure environment, with security staff verifying residents and guests at every entry. I rented the flat through Airbnb, and although the daily rate was quite high, the apartment itself was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained.
One downside was the swimming‑pool policy guests staying in my block were not allowed to use it, which felt unusual and inconvenient.
The location is excellent, less than ten minutes from Cairo International Airport, making it ideal for travellers who want comfort and easy access.
Don’t stay at this hotel. It felt very dodgy from the start.
First, if you’re a couple, they ask for a marriage certificate. I don’t know why, but most travelers don’t carry their marriage certificate with them. It was a very strange check-in experience.
The staff were also quite rude. When you asked questions, they rarely responded and seemed uninterested in helping.
After checking in, I immediately felt uncomfortable. The room wasn’t clean, and the whole hotel beyond the lobby felt old and dirty. The lobby looks nice, but once you go past it, the quality drops significantly.
Another odd thing was that staff kept asking for our room number whenever we entered the public areas. It made me wonder if they have issues with non-guests wandering into the hotel.
Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and wasn’t worth the money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
The night we arrived a guest had an altercation with someone at the reception desk and the staff did not handle it well and spoke quite rudely to the guest. The guest requested a refund but eventually the hotel apologised and made things right the next morning. Asides that our stay was uneventful and smooth.
The toilets have a toilet shower/bidet and also a prayer carpet upon request which was handy Cos I forgot mine.
If you’re trying to decide between this and Radisson Blu, definitely pick this. It’s better value for money and we had colleagues that stayed at the Radisson Blu and were complaining that it’s really old and falling apart.
