I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care provided during our hospital experience. The nursing staff was far below the standard one would expect from a healthcare facility, particularly the team responsible for newborn babies. There was a noticeable lack of attention, professionalism, and proper support during a very sensitive and important time.
Unfortunately, the doctors were not any better. Communication was poor, concerns were not addressed adequately, and the overall level of professionalism was disappointing. Patients and their families deserve compassionate, competent, and attentive medical care, especially when it involves newborns.
I hope the hospital management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both the nursing and medical services to ensure better care for future patients.

Quite clean compared to other in the same price range. Yet, poor medical staff. Zero nursing staff, the process to check out is too lengthy for no reason. Besides they are not organized and not informative.
They insisted i sign a consent form before i even meet the anesthesiologist which i totally refused and later on they told my GYN that i have seen him which is a lie!!

Honestly, it’s a beautiful and excellent hospital, and the nursing staff are out standing in patient care. I especially want to mention nurse Sanaa. She’s a wonderful person.
October clinic is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever dealt with in terms of organization, cleanliness, and patient care.
The service is excellent from the moment of entry to the moment of exit, and everything is carried out with elegance and close follow up.

The hospital was fine a year ago, but today I called the hospital to check the availability to enter a patient in intensive care, they told there is an availability, However when I told them I have an insurance with Engineering syndicate they refused and said we don’t have an available bed, really!!!!!! How strange this hospital became bad.

Hospital is so clean,Dr.Mohamed Amgad was so professional and helpful, he listens to all your requests and queations about my dog’s case,explains every step in details..reasnoable prices,Nurse Karim also was very good. The Doctors in this hospital knows how to deal with your pet and so friendly and kind with them.Big Thank you.
