Very disappointing experience with Dr. Tamer El Said.
Dr. Tamer El Said prescribed me IV iron despite my ferritin level being 19, without explaining that it was an intravenous infusion requiring a hospital visit or discussing its risks, side effects, or alternative treatments. I only found this out afterward. He also prescribed a very high dose of vitamin D despite my level being 31.
After consulting multiple other doctors, I was advised that these recommendations were unnecessarily aggressive for my situation.
What was even more disappointing was OneHealth’s response to my complaint. Instead of investigating my concerns objectively, they simply defended Dr. Tamer El Said and dismissed everything I raised.
When patients visit a doctor, they place their health, trust, time, and money in that person’s hands. The least they deserve is to be fully informed about what they are being prescribed, why they need it, and what the alternatives are. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

This place is horrible at all levels from customer service to operations to doctors, let alone their incompetent employees and long awaiting hours. I visited their O1 branch for dentistry consultation, and I was informed to arrive few mins before my appointment which was scheduled at 7:40, I arrived 10 mins late only to realize the reception was full, they were calling numbers in a chaotic manner. They finally let me in for the assessment, I waited for more than two hours just to see the dentist. A completely arrogant attitude from the employees working there, I yelled, they did not want to let me in after having to wait, came with lame excuses, they were trying to put the blame on me, they were also checking the cameras to verify my words. They claimed I was late for quite more than ten minutes, an extremely rude behavior from the Manager of the clinic. To everyone, please do not consider this place.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. The level of chaos in their operations is honestly shocking.
Customer service is very poor, with little to no accountability. There is clear misalignment across the entire system appointments get booked and then cancelled without any prior notification, leaving patients completely stranded. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of coordination between the call centre, reception staff, and doctors. Everyone seems to be operating in silos, which results in constant confusion and wasted time.
Overall, it was a very, very miserable experience. Definitely not what you would expect from a healthcare provider.

Terrible Experience – Lost Documents and Endless Delays
I scheduled a doctor’s appointment at One Health Clinic, where the doctor prescribed physiotherapy. Shockingly, they lost the diagnosis paperwork.
For over a month now, staff kept insisting they were just waiting on insurance approval and even redirected me to contact the insurer myself.
When pressed, they finally admitted to losing the doctor’s diagnosis. Even after that, I’m still waiting for them to resend it to the insurance company – over a month now for what should be a simple form submission.
This clinic doesn’t respect your time; they just waste it with incompetence and excuses. I won’t deal with them again and strongly advise you to avoid them if you value efficiency.
