The rooms are excellent, super clean, service is good, very helpfull and friendly staff, the view is as advertised, the location is half an hour from every where, i just loved it
5 starts because of the service and the rooftop. everyone was very kind, helpful and they got us an amazing tour guide in Cairo. The rooftop is the gem of the hotel, good food for breakfast and dinner, amazing view to the pyramids and great atmosphere! Slightly negative points: The shower was a bit small with no door and you could hear some noise from the street (like we had read in the reviews), but these were very manageable and not a problem at all! Thank you Ahmed and the team
The hotel is only about a 15-minute walk from the pyramids, which made the location very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite throughout our stay.
The rooms were clean, modern, and much nicer than many of the other hotels we looked at in the area. We originally booked a room with a bathtub and pyramid view, but there was a technical issue with the bathtub. When we mentioned it to the staff, they immediately offered to change our room and kindly upgraded us to one with a balcony. It was such a lovely and comfortable room that we decided to order dinner in and enjoy it on the terrace instead of going out.
Breakfast was okay on the first day, but much better on the second day, with improved variety and presentation.
The only thing to be aware of is that there is major building work nearby, which can be noisy during the day. If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep past 8am, it may be worth bringing earplugs. That said, this is not the hotel’s fault and seems to affect many hotels in the area.
Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and really appreciated the helpful staff and the beautiful room upgrade.
The orientation of the room is superb, offering a breathtaking view over the puramids. Hotels has a great rooftop restaurant as well. Ratio price to quality is top.
We facem issues with the WiFi, but that didn’t bither us
1 star because I couldn’t sleep a single night out of the 3 I stayed here. The noise from the nearby road was unbearable, the windows are so thin that it honestly felt like sleeping directly on the road.
The staff were young, really lovely people, and I appreciate their attitude. But unfortunately, my entire stay was ruined by the lack of sleep. I was only able to fall asleep out of pure exhaustion around 6 am and had to wake up at 9 am to go sightseeing.
If you value your rest, I would never recommend this hotel.
