We booked a reservation from trip.com and they started spamming us with services they provide and we accepted one of their offers to come pick us up from the airport, they started harassing one of their girls with us on WhatsApp, we cancelled the reservation because it didn’t seem to be safe to stay there

0. There was originally a room available, but due to a problem with the key, they showed me to a slightly larger room that was empty.
1. However, the floor of the new room was covered in dust, hair, and all sorts of dirt.
2. The toilet seat cover was covered in a massive amount of filth, and the place was not clean at all overall.

3. The bedding looked clean, but…! When I lifted the pillow, there were bugs crawling around.

4. The soundproofing was so poor that I could hear everything being said in the room, whether in the hallway or at the counter.

5. People were smoking next to the elevator… The elevator looked dangerous as well.

6. The inside of the refrigerator was also extremely dirty… It was covered in yellowish grime.

7. When I tried to leave, they gave me some fruit; although it looked like they had just washed it with water… I’m not sure if it was clean…

8. The location was also extremely difficult for taxis to find…

I began to doubt and suspect whether this was actually an accommodation establishment…

Anyway, it was a total disaster, so in the end… I arrived late at night intending to rest, but I barely managed to find another hotel and escaped…
