The hotel is only three floors long within a building. The reception is on the fifth floor. You arrive at the hotel with a prior reservation, and the reception staff tell you, “We’re sorry, there are no available rooms. We’ll send you to another hotel, but it will cost almost double what you booked.”
Great stay overall. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars since my room wasn’t available for the first two nights. The location is very close to all the pyramid activities, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay.
I want to give a special shoutout to Mostafa—he went above and beyond with his service, helping with food, directions, and anything I needed in an unfamiliar area. His service was truly 20 out of 10
Friendly staff, I got an upgrade from a normal room to a 3-room apartment for $10/night more, which seemed like a very good price.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t so clean, there was hair on all the bed sheets in all the rooms and also in the bathroom shower.
The location is great, as you have a direct view on the Pyramids right from the apartment, but unfortunately there is a speedway just in front and it can get noisy at times (morning and evening rush hours).
Breakfast was served on the rooftop with a great view on the Pyramids, but it was quite limited in choice.
Brand new hotel so some things are not running 100% yet. Rooms only have one key so you will need to drop your key off at reception if you want housekeeping for the day. Drains aren’t always working the best and breakfast is served with a set menu on days that the hotel is not booked out enough. Buffet breakfast when there are enough guests. Overall a fantastic view and friendly staff. Can definitely see them being successful over time
This place was amazing! We landed at the airport at 3 am and they waited for us and provided free transportation to the hotel from the airport. The nicest people ever, extremely friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I felt safe while I stayed there. The offered free breakfast and the views are spectacular! You have amazing views of the pyramids. Spend the extra money for the rooms that are on the pyramid side. Only downfall is that it does not look like it’s in the safest part of town, but I never felt unsafe and I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended
