I had a wonderful 5-night stay. Islam,the owner, and his crew are extremely helpful and satisfied all my needs. I booked a whole day tour to Saqqara,Memphis and the Giza plateau through the hotel. I had the most gracious and informative guide, Dua. I recommend her everytime.

I stayed at this hotel after being passed off to it by a different hotel as part of a scam. I have given this hotel two stars because I am not completely clear how much they knew about the scam, but they certainly participated, perhaps a bit begrudgingly.

Everything was perfect on my stay, room, breakfast, staff, hospitality was amazing except for the bed it was uncomfortable and kills your
back. When it comes to asking them to change it’ll maybe be fixed but why do they provide this facility in the rooms? Anyway, that could be better.
