I really did enjoy my time there. The staff was professional yet easy-going, the pool was clear and clean, the rooms were clean and neat, but i wanna thank a specific person from the staff. His name -i think- is omar ali, he helped me alot and treated me with care. He is a good, well-behaved person, and i think he is a good example for any other hotel receptionist.

A perfect escape from the noise and busy atmosphere of Cairo. The place is incredibly calm and peaceful—the kind of getaway that truly helps you relax, reset your mind, and recharge.
The food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. Everything was enjoyable and well presented.
What made the experience even better was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always greeting us with a warm and genuine smile. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would confidently recommend it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The location is excellent, and the facilities provided contributed to a very comfortable stay.
A special highlight is the staff, who were consistently kind and professional. In particular, I would like to mention Ahmed, who truly made a difference with their positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. They were extremely attentive to detail, quick in handling any requests, and always had a warm, friendly approach that greatly enhanced our experience.
It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about guests. People like this deserve recognition!

This is a stunning hotel! The pool area is huge with a swim up bar and great entertainment. Every member of staff we encountered was exceptionally friendly and wouldn’t pass you without a greeting. The proximity to the pyramids is another bonus. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day and all communal areas were equally spotless.
Breakfast offered a good selection of food and the Japanese restaurant on-site was incredible! We ate there 3 nights in a row it was so good!
We were there with an organised group for the Zamna festival so the entertainment was excellent. There were issues with the company who organised the festival for us but Pyramids Park staff did everything they could to rectify this.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely be back if we return to Cairo.

I absolutely loved my experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, attentive, and always willing to help. What I enjoyed the most was the bar area—special thanks to Youssef and Ibrahim, who were extremely attentive and welcoming throughout my stay.
I also really appreciated the pool area, which was very well organized, with a beautiful and well-maintained garden. The perfumery boutique was a lovely touch as well ( thank you Bilel). The reception staff were very helpful, and the concierge, Sheriff, assisted me greatly during my stay.
Overall, the entire team was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my interactions with everyone. It was a fantastic experience.
