Peace be upon you. This is Suleiman Haddad.
I would like to thank everyone who contributed to our service, especially the reception staff: Youssef, Ibrahim, Abdulrahman, Abdullah, and Abdulhadi.
And a huge thank you to Chef Na’ma, you were the epitome of good taste.
The room service staff were incredibly kind and trustworthy.
I also thank the hotel manager, Ms. Malak, for her excellent service to my family and me.
We had the best vacation ever at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo. It deserves ten stars, not just five! The atmosphere is truly beautiful and relaxing.

Peace be upon you. Honestly, the place is absolutely wonderful and incredibly clean. Our stay there was so pleasant. I’d like to thank the reception staff (Youssef, Abdulrahman, Ibrahim, Abdullah, and Abdulhadi) – they were very helpful and polite. I also want to thank Chef Na’ma; our breakfast was absolutely delicious. Thank you! And I’d like to thank the room attendants – they were kind and cheerful. May God bless them all. My family and I had a fantastic time. And of course, we thank the management for their cooperation and care for our guests. 💛💛
