I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout my entire visit. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in excellent condition.
A special thank you to Amira, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist with a smile truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place near the pyramids , comfortable place with outstanding customer service. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
Great location very close to the pyramids, perfect for exploring Giza. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making the stay very comfortable. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Excellent value for money — I would definitely stay here again.
I’m so glad I chose the Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for visiting the Pyramids, and the staff were consistently warm, helpful, and welcoming. They arranged taxis for me whenever I needed them — always punctual and reliable. Particular thanks to Fadl in reception.
My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and I slept very well throughout my stay.
The menu offered plenty of variety, and the food — paired with the incredible view of the Pyramids from the rooftop terrace — was so enjoyable that I chose to dine there most evenings. It will stay in my memory. A wonderful experience overall.
We went just for dinner in the rooftop. The food was okay but cold, the views are quite good. We had water included but no glasses, so drinking from the bottle was the only option. Was chilly and they provided some blankets to cover. The experience cost 18 euros, and I think it’s not worth it. Would recommend to try on another place. The music was loud to have a conversation
The hotel is located in the best area to visit the pyramids, you have an amazing view of the Sphinx and pyramids from the terrace. We could see the light show during dinner. They also came to pick us up at the airport and that was very helpful. The breakfast looks very nice but we couldn’t eat much because we were stuffed from dinner. The staff is very friendly and professional.
If you want to see the magical lights show and want to visit the pyramids this is the best location so you don’t have to walk to get there (the area around the pyramids and Giza in general is a bit run off)
NOT RELATED TO THE HOTEL but is a useful tip: the hotel is located just in front of the Pyramid site ticket office. If someone approaches you and say they work for the pyramids etc and they offer you to help you with the camels and so on DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM! We paid 50 dollars each for the camel ride to this guy and when we went inside the cost was less than 40 dollars for 2 hours… plus, the camel guy was insisting we gave him other 50 dollars tip, which we didn’t because we had already been scammed once, so be careful!
