Very dirty rooms, noisy. Poor cleaning after previous guests. The owner does not care about anything

I booked through Mardash, but there was no response by phone or on the website; the phone numbers are wrong, and I sent a message through Booking.com, but there was no reply.

The cleanliness was extremely poor, both the bed linens and the bathroom.
There weren’t many things in the room like in the pictures.
The manager asked me to cancel my booking on Booking.com because they take a large percentage, and when I refused, they sent a message saying I didn’t show up, even though I was there all day and checked in and out.
There was no consideration for privacy. The breakfast was very bad and far too little for two people. The staff’s attitude was unacceptable. Also, someone entered the room while I was out.

We booked this hotel a month before the check in, and as a result we were brought to a completely different hotel: pyramids homeland, saying that there were some problems with that hotel, we had not previously been warned that there would be such a situation. We checked in at night, and there was nothing left to do but check into this hotel. Dogs bark at night, lots of different sounds. In the morning, repairs were being done next door, and horses were walking under the windows. The room is completely different from the pictures. I assume that they have repairs in one room, which they take pictures of for booking. Two hotels of the same owner. I couldn’t get out of the room either, there was poverty all around, children asking for food, remnants of camels and horses on the road. It smells terrible. They deleted my booking at the booking office so that I couldn’t leave a review

Hotel room and service were perfect.
