I was a bride last Thursday, November 11th. The service was terrible. The people there were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They refused to let any of my family members accompany me unless I paid for the evening makeup. The makeup turned out awful after she worked on my face from 12:00 until 4:30. I didn’t even want to see my face until the very end. The eyebrows above my eyes were made of brown, making them look incredibly thick, like a demon’s, and my skin tone was darker than my natural color. When I saw how I looked and told her I wasn’t going out like that and that everything had to be changed, she said, “This makeup isn’t my fault, I didn’t do it. If anyone asks, don’t tell them Reham Halim did it.” I arrived at the center at 11:00 and left at 4:45, crying. I asked her to take a picture of my first look with my phone. She said she’d record it on her phone and post it on the page. I waited for the video to upload, but nothing happened. I called her, and she said my phone fell and my pictures got deleted. When I called Dina, the secretary, she told me… You ruined my makeup after the edit I requested. What do you want us to send you? You have no claim on us. Did you pay us a photographer to take your picture? May God punish you! God is my avenger! You ruined the day I’ve been waiting for for years!
