We booked on booking.com with facilities and room amenities (robes, slippers, cattle, drinks, snacks..etc), non of this is true.
We were 2 persons but got towels only for one person, also we been asking for the rest of the amenities but nobody cares, the reception smell is awful as they are smoking there.
The toilet seat isn’t correctly attached to the floor, the breakfast is weird, one day without salt, then the food is salted, one day with coffee, then no more coffee, and then the cheese, very cheap breakfast.
Safe box just decoration in the room and not functioning
The only thing is the location and the view, and they spent good money to build and decorate, but unfortunately the service is horrible, even no room cleaning at all

The hotel manager, Mina, is truly a wonderful person. He took care of our stay from beginning to end, always fulfilling our requests and making himself fully available whenever we needed anything.
Without a doubt, his presence, reliability, kindness, and warm personality made us overlook a few shortcomings that the hotel certainly has.
That being said, I highly recommend getting to know Mina: he will make your stay truly unforgettable.

We stayed in a double room on the top floor Feb 9-13.
Hotel, listed on Booking.com as Rizkyan Pyramid View, claimed to have an elevator – NO ELEVATOR. Staff did help with luggage, but we still had to walk up several flights lights to reach our top-floor room.
Room itself was spacious, comfortable and had effective AC, but overall facility was not clean.
We received ONE towel for two adults. Requests for more towels were ignored. We ultimately took two more from the rooftop clothes lines. Request for one more roll of toilet paper was also unanswered.
Most photos were staged or NOT EVEN FROM THIS HOTEL !!!
The shower was warm and strong, but the floor sloped in the wrong direction flooding the bathroom – we used 1 towel as a dam to control the flood.
There are far better budget hotels in the Giza area to choose from. A big disappointment.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Giza Pyramids.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 months in November and December 2024. Rizk provided me with Rm 4 facing the main street with a balcony. The rooms are clean, tidy, new furniture, and come with a safe and a small fridge. A laptop space is available with a stool. The linens are fresh and white. You will find many budget friendly hotels in Giza to have substandard bed linen. The Rizk Hotel has clean and new linens. The rooftop breakfast was included during my stay and the standard Egyptian fare was served. Excellent cooking and delicious, safe, clean food. I also ordered room service – fish dinners with Molokhia – which were delicious. The rooftop view looking onto the Giza pyramids and the distant main street is intriguing. Sit and watch camels, tuk tuks, and horses passby to the Sphynx Gate Entrance. The Director of the hotel, Mena was accommodating and kind. I did not want anything. The hotel even provided a car for unexpected trips. I also purchased some day trips to Alexandria through the hotel. The entire trip was comfortable and everything I expected. I do highly recommend this hotel as a female solo traveller.
