Rosetta Pyramids Inn

Excellent service

If you are staying in Giza, I highly recommend this accommodation! The hotel room was really nice, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind.

There was a moment where I couldn’t communicate with the taxi driver, but they acted as a go-between and helped resolve the issue.

Thank you also for giving me 1 Egyptian Pound as a souvenir.

Thanks to you, I had a truly enjoyable trip! Thank you!

Worth noting is the more than excellent service. I was catered to every need, when I wanted extra water or had specific requirements for breakfast (like falafel and foul, very much worth the try!), it was provided to me without charge, but with a big smile.

Both receptionists were super friendly at all hours of the day and night and nothing was too much to ask. They were courteous, polite and super helpful. It was a fantastic experience on all levels. One of them even spoke Chinese and Dutch!
