Royal Crown Hotel Giza Pyramids View

We stayed at this hotel with our children for three days to see Cairo, the pyramids, and the large museum.
The location is convenient: the museum is literally across the street, and the pyramids are a 10-minute drive or an hour’s walk away. The only problem is getting into central Cairo: the metro is far away, and local transportation is iffy. Taxis are the only option; they’re not the cheapest, but they’re reliable.
The rooms are comfortable, and the linens are fresh. The only downside is the low floor and lack of a nice view.
The rooms have everything you need: air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, and glasses. There was no hairdryer, but that’s not a big deal. The shower had excellent water pressure.
We booked a room with breakfast, which was a great surprise. A seemingly simple meal of omelette, flatbreads, cheese, yogurt, and tea/coffee kept us full until lunch. For the very reasonable price, the breakfast was simply amazing!
I’d like to thank the staff: they were very friendly and welcoming.
We highly recommend this hotel! When we visit Cairo again, we will stay here again.
