Stayed there for 5 nights, it is not a 5 star hotel so what we get for the price we pay is absolutely fine. Very nice staff, location is great and food is amazing. Lovely seating area outside to chill. You may find few basic issues but if you speak to staff they are always ready to help. WiFi can be faster but still does the job. Highly recommended.

Just don’t stay here .
the wifi is not at all stable ,better to say no wifi at all.
Restaurant staffs are good .
They fail to provide the daily amenities like soap, shower gel etc .
Some of the staffs attitude are like we staying in their home for free , whomever it may concern teach your staff how it needs to be. It was my bad experience to stay here .
so to be true look for any other options..

Rooms are fine, mattress is just really hard, you just need to call the room service to have slippers, not found once you check in.. Food is fine

This hotel is nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service, the ambience and the general layout of the hotel for the price. The réception was very welcoming and checking in was made very easy. The rooms were nice and clean. The facilities were all working. The major drawback is the lack of English channels to watch. All the available channels were in Arabic! Even CNN, BBC, and Aljazera were all only Arabic! The hotel can do better.
The kitchen was very responsive. The meals were well made and presentable.
The swimming pool was a delight. The drawback here was the lack of heating, the water was cold. I managed to swim but getting into the water each time was with so much trepidation! But I needed to unwind. The hotel management should consider getting the pool warmed up especially when it is cold season.
