The best thing about this hotel is the staff – polite, kind, and helpful. They’re the only redeeming quality. The room itself is awful, very cramped, everything in it is very old, there’s a strong smell of cigarettes from outside, the drain is blocked, and the cleanliness is zero. The location is excellent, close to everything, but the room gets a zero out of 10.
