Royal Inn Residence New Cairo

A truly excellent experience at Royal Inn Residence New Cairo

Thank God, my experience was wonderful and my stay was comfortable in every way. The place is very safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent, and its location is great, close to most important places, which made getting around much easier during my stay.

What distinguished my experience most was the staff’s service. I would like to especially thank Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Qassem, Mr. Hossam, Mr. Karim, Mr. Abdelrahman, Mr. Saif, and Ms. Salsabeel for their professionalism, cooperation, and respect. They were always very quick to respond to any request and treated me with utmost courtesy, smiles, and cheerful faces.

Even when I ordered through delivery apps, they would receive the order and deliver it to my room. Sometimes I had multiple orders in a row, yet every time they were incredibly helpful, and I never felt any annoyance from them. On the contrary, they were always welcoming and smiling.

Honestly, their attention to detail and excellent service gave me a great sense of comfort and security, making me feel right at home. A very beautiful experience, thank God. I thank all the staff for their hospitality, and God willing, this won’t be my last stay there. ❤️

Very good experience and i’ll come back
