we stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and we loved our spacious comfortable room. amazing service from the team. and the best part was the rooftop restaurant with the view of the great pyramids and the great Egyptian museum. Watching the sunset up there was also pretty epic!

    (Terrible Customer Service).

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel.

I arrived at the hotel after a very exhausting 12-hour business travel journey all the way from New Valley to Cairo. Despite the rooms being completely available and empty, the front desk reception strictly refused to check me in, strictly using the 2:00 PM check-in policy as an excuse.

There was zero flexibility and, more importantly, a shocking lack of empathy or basic humanity from the reception staff. Instead of accommodating a severely tired business traveler who just survived a long and brutal drive, they chose to be completely unhelpful.

A hotel is supposed to provide comfort and hospitality, but the staff here proved they lack both. Unprofessional, heartless, and completely unsuitable for business travelers. I will never stay here again and strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

The front desk agent actually made the ridiculous excuse that if he checked me in early, management would launch an investigation and question him on why he let me in—even though the room was completely empty and ready!

What possible harm could it do to the hotel or the staff to give a guest their room early if it is sitting there vacant? It makes zero logical sense and only shows a complete failure of basic common sense and hospitality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly exceptional. The staff were outstanding; every single person, from management to the receptionists, chefs, and other team members, exceeded my expectations. I was truly impressed. A special thank you to Fares, Shams, and the entire team for their outstanding service. If you’re planning to explore the area, be sure to ask the receptionist for recommendations—Nour was incredibly helpful in guiding me to some remarkable sights. I highly recommend this hotel and will undoubtedly return.

A nice local hotel in Giza with friendly and professional staff. View of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant. Rooms were spacious and clean. Within walking distance to the new Grand Egyptian Museum and close enough to a local neighbourhood. The only downside was the wifi signal which was really weak and something should be done about it.

The restaurant serves great food at a reasonable price. Egyptian lentil soup, chicken breast and beef stroganoff all didn’t disappoint. The buffet breakfast for EGP 300 provided a good spread of food too.

    Overall a pleasant stay.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, for a reasonable price. Everyone working at the hotel was very kind, from the reception to those in the terrace which had an spectacular view! The room was spacious, and clean. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 is because it didn’t have a window. The price of the food in the terrace is very reasonable and they have plenty of options.
