Upon arrival, the staff led us out to the courtyard, then escorted us through a back gate to a completely different apartment building that was not the one we booked. They simply claimed that the view there was the same as what was shown in the photos. This happened on our very first day in Egypt, and we were deeply shocked and distressed by this experience.
