Sheraton Montazah Hotel

I honestly expected much better from this hotel. The room was very old and outdated, and it looked like it hadn’t been renovated in years. Even the flooring was worn out and looked extremely old. The room was dark because there was not enough lighting, and the closet had a bad smell, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

The only thing I really liked was the view—it was beautiful. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. Everything else was disappointing and far below what we expected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until significant improvements are made.

Today, my father and I visited the restaurant. Having just arrived from Canada, I wasn’t expecting such poor treatment. Sheraton is known for its excellent customer service, not for the rude behavior we encountered.

All we wanted was to order a few juices and coffees. The waiters were courteous and assured us we would only be charged for what we ordered. However, the restaurant manager rudely asked us to leave.

I don’t see why we should be forced to pay for a full buffet when we only wanted drinks. We ended up dining elsewhere, where the service was much better.

I won’t be returning to this restaurant. It’s absurd that a five-star hotel wouldn’t accommodate different payment options instead of insisting on a full buffet payment or kicking customers out. This experience was disrespectful and ridiculous.
