I would especially like to recognize Ayman El Zein, Chef Concierge, for his outstanding service and impeccable hospitality. His professionalism, elegance, kindness, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely valued as a guest. His service was absolutely top-notch — 5-star, 100%!

I would also like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud Salem and the hotel management for maintaining such a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The entire team was courteous, warm, respectful, and attentive throughout my stay.
