I’ve seen some negative reviews about the accommodation. Honestly, I arrived early because I was coming from the airport.
I was lucky to deal with Engineer Ahmed Mamdouh. He’s a very polite and respectful person.
I agreed with him before I arrived that I would check in early and leave the same night. He understood the situation despite the accommodation’s policy.
The place is quiet. The apartments are very clean and well-equipped. It’s best for guests to bring their own personal items and drinking water. There’s a notice at the accommodation listing services like restaurants and pharmacies that deliver to the location.

A terrible experience.
The service was awful, and I’ll explain what happened to me:
First, I entered the room and the curtain was missing. I contacted customer service, but there was no response. The next day, they finally answered. Instead of apologizing, the manager told me to take my money back and go somewhere else.
May God punish him! There are no services whatsoever in the apartments, not even the simplest things. I asked for water, and they said there was a bottle available! Tea and sugar were unavailable. Bathroom slippers and tissues were not provided.
I advise you to look for another place. A terrible experience.

This is the first time I’ve heard of a hotel that doesn’t allow guests to rest in the lobby if they arrive early. I’ve never heard of any hotel in the world that doesn’t allow luggage storage. If they don’t want to serve guests, they should just pack up and close early.
(Update) So people can’t even wait in the lobby? Where are people supposed to go at 4 AM? And they even have a rule against waiting in the lobby until the nearby coffee shop opens?! That’s ridiculous!

I reached late because of flight delay,but the Ms khloud was in touch with me and helped me for smooth check in at mid night.

Property is well maintained ,clean,with comfortable bed and big size bed and living room.
