Value for money. Very clean and neat apartment. Excellent stay. Highly recommended if you’re staying near to airport. Mr. Fouad was a great person. Very cooperative and friendly.

The stay was very good. The team was very personable and supportive. I would also like to give special thanks to Ahmed Hassan, who helped us a lot and took great care of us throughout our stay.

Our stay was amazing, the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and neat. Special thanks to Abanoub, Ahmed, Paula, and kholoud. I highly recommend Sheraton Ocean 7.

This is a nightmare. The room has a weird smell, the lights are broken—it’s basically a haunted house. But then again, for Egypt, this is just business as usual. To make matters worse, the door lock is busted, and the front desk staff wasted so much time being incompetent without even a hint of an apology. I’m truly impressed by the Egyptian way of doing things and their ‘efficiency.’ It’s a good thing God placed them in Egypt.

Great property at a very convenient location 10 minutes from the airport. Well priced too. We checked in to rest during an inconvenient layover. Farah, Ahmed and Abdul were very hospitable and helpful, and even allowed us a late checkout + our non guest friends to keep their luggage in the lobby and freshen up. Things like these really make a difference for weary travellers! Thank you team, good luck and hope to revisit you someday 🙂
