The car rental process was completely smooth and super straightforward. We communicated via WhatsApp beforehand, and I sent my driver’s license and other details in advance. Because of this, I didn’t have to spend much time at the counter, and picking up the car was incredibly fast. A huge thank you to Hosam, Mohamed, and Magdi! These three employees made the entire process extremely easy. I am especially grateful for their recommendation to get the zero-deductible insurance – it gives you a really good and secure feeling while driving. Top-notch customer service, I will gladly come back!
