My personal experience with Sixt, Smouha Branch, was excellent during a four-day car rental.

I would like to thank Mr. Magdy for his professionalism in helping me choose the right car, clearly explaining all available insurance options, the different mileage packages, and the roadside assistance service.

I would also like to thank Mr. Karim for the smooth vehicle handover process. He clearly explained the current condition of the car before delivery, including all existing scratches and remarks, even the ones that were not easily noticeable. The return process was also extremely fast and well organized, completed in less than five minutes.

This was my personal experience, and it was very positive in terms of service, transparency, and efficiency. I would definitely consider renting from them again for longer periods.
