Very disappointed. The hotel photos appear heavily retouched with ChatGPT and don’t reflect reality. The same goes for breakfast, which was nothing like the photos: an omelet, bread, and only half a chocolate bar.
There were also no towels or toilet paper, and to top it all off, no water in the room.
The only positive point was the breathtaking view of the pyramids.

It has a beautiful view of the pyramids, but starting with the smelly, dung-filled street, poor or no reception, a dilapidated building with doors that barely close and nothing that works. Cleanliness and hygiene are nonexistent. We slept on top of the bed without going in, but it stung all over, making it a terrible night. We ran away the next morning and booked elsewhere. Terrible!

A terrible place, the room was extremely dirty, old, and had ants in the bed. The staff was nonexistent, and the breakfast was terrible. The photos were definitely taken with AI. We had booked for 3 nights, but we left after the first night, when we couldn’t even sleep, both because of the noise and the lack of cleanliness! Stay away.

The place is absolutely beautiful, and the view of the pyramids is breathtaking. Plus, it’s incredibly safe and quiet.
The young staff at the hotel are exceptionally polite and respectful, and they deserve all the thanks and appreciation.
Also, I highly recommend Uncle Sayed, the owner of the bazaar below the hotel. He’s a very refined, respectful, and knowledgeable man, and his prices are very reasonable, unlike some of the other shops around.
I stayed for three days and encountered a minor booking issue. I contacted the hotel management, and their response was excellent and very quick. They cooperated with me, amended my booking, and easily refunded the remaining amount.
Honestly, it was a wonderful experience, and I thank the hotel management and all the staff for their excellent service and hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a stunning view of the pyramids.
