Poor Experience

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations.
The level of service was disappointing, and the overall experience reflected a clear lack of professionalism.

The staff’s attitude and way of dealing with guests were not up to the standards expected from a professional hotel. There was a noticeable lack of courtesy, responsiveness, and proper communication.

I also found the service to be poorly organized, with several situations that could have been handled much more professionally. Instead of feeling welcomed and well taken care of, I often felt that my requests were not given the appropriate attention.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly when it comes to staff behavior, service quality, and professionalism. I believe the hotel needs significant improvement in staff training, guest communication, and overall service standards.
