The best service we received during our entire trip was from the staff at this hotel. We arrived at 4 AM, and at first the area did not look very nice everything was dark and there was nobody around. The reception is on the 11th floor, and once we went upstairs, everything completely changed. The place was absolutely beautiful.
We originally thought we had a room with a view of the pyramids, but that was not the case. We asked to change rooms, and they did it without any problem at all. The pyramid view is exactly like the photos, truly amazing.
The staff treated us incredibly well, and everyone’s attention and kindness were exceptional. The restaurant was delicious, and we also booked a tour through the hotel. They even included transportation to the airport and prepared breakfast for us despite our transfer being at 6 AM.
I only have good things to say about this hotel. Don’t let the location fool you, once you are inside, it is absolutely worth staying there.
Dia is an amazing guy at the reception, very helpful with booking activities, sorting out logistics, making sure we have everything in order, and just overall a super genuine, lovely and reliable person. The rest of the team were amazing too, the rooftop restaurant have (in my opinion) very good western food considering it’s outside of Europe (I’m from Australia, and it’s comparable to some decent restaurants there). The guava juice was our friend groups favourite, and the sunset dinner was just a cherry on top. The hotel is still under some minor touchup/renovation, the free breakfast options were very okay, although I didn’t try the paid menu, but I do hope it can qualify for a four star some point in the future. Definitely would recommend and would be my go to hotel for future stays near Cairo 🙂
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during 9-12 April 2026 at room 201 and would highly recommend it. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. If you book a qualifying room for more than three nights, the hotel offers a complimentary one-way airport transfer from Cairo International Airport, which is very convenient.
The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always ready to assist with a warm attitude. The bellboys were also very kind and helpful—they were strong, attentive, and took great care in handling our luggage.
One of the highlights of the hotel is its restaurant. Located in one of the tallest buildings in the area, it offers an शानदार view where you can clearly see the Giza Pyramids. There are both indoor and outdoor seating areas, and if it gets cold, the staff thoughtfully provide blankets free of charge. The food was delicious and well-suited to Thai tastes. It features Italian cuisine that is not too strong in flavor, making it easy to enjoy. All the restaurant staff provided excellent service, and we even had a chance to speak with the manager, who was extremely kind and friendly.
The room was more spacious than expected, with partial views of the pyramids. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and large. Another great benefit is that guests can request complimentary drinking water at any time.
Although the entrance to the building may look a bit mysterious at first, once you reach the hotel floor, you will feel completely comfortable and impressed by the quality of the stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cairo.
Great hotel and friendly staff. Youssef at the reception was very helpful and service-oriented. Our compliments for that.
The food was also good and plenty of choice.
We had a fantastic holiday. Highly recommended.
Greetings, Jones and Robin.
